Price List Updates and Shipping Details for a Seamless Customer Experience

Our price list is subject to quarterly revisions due to currency fluctuations and other factors. TrolMaster Thailand Ltd retains the right to adjust prices accordingly.

Additionally, a 1% shipment and handling charge will apply to the total invoice. Please be aware that product shipments will be managed through Flash Express Thailand. Once full payment is received, orders will be dispatched within 2-4 working days, covering deliveries throughout Thailand.

1.1 Eligibility for Wholesale Customers

Wholesale customers are required to operate either an online shop, a physical store, or be affiliated with a consulting company that has a minimum of 3-4 potential orders in progress for Product purchase.

1.2 Account Approval Process

TrolMaster will conduct a thorough review and approval process for all wholesale accounts. Wholesale customers must furnish relevant information and photographs as part of this approval process.

2.1 Pricing Determination

Wholesale pricing is determined by the ""Purchase Order"" price list, with the most recent version taking precedence.

2.2 Taxes, Shipping, Duties, and Associated Fees

Wholesale customers are responsible for all taxes, shipping fees, duties, and any other costs associated with Product procurement.

2.3 Transfer of Product Ownership

The risk of loss or damage to the Product transfers from the Supplier to the Wholesale customer upon delivery.
